Welcome to the web site of Foster de Kretser Limited trading as You See Red. ("You See Red", "us", or "our"). Our services and products presented in the You See Red web site ("site") are provided subject to the following terms and conditions. If you visit the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as in effect at the time of your visit. Please read them carefully.

REGISTRATION
You warrant that the personal information you must provide when registering as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use any false name or any name that you are not authorised to use.

YOUR ACCOUNT
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You See Red reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

PRIVACY
You should review the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy, by which you also agree to be bound as a condition of visiting and/or shopping at the site.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit the site or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any and all legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
You See Red attempts to describe the products offered on the site as accurately as possible. However, You See Red does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by You See Red and purchased by you is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a refund or credit.

RISK OF LOSS
All products purchased from You See Red are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS POLICY
Every print (including the mount and frame where relevant) ordered through this site is bespoke and created explicitly and uniquely for you. This means that we are not able to offer you a refund or a cancellation once the order has been accepted. This is in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

For everything else ordered through this site, you may cancel an order provided you give written notice of cancellation (this can be via email) within 7 working days of receiving the order and return the goods to You See Red. The parcel and its contents are, however, your responsibility until they reach us and we therefore recommend you send them registered post and retain proof of postage. The cost of returning goods is at your expense. We will refund the value of the item returned and the original delivery charges to the same account you used to make the purchase, within 30 days of the date the notice of cancellation was given, providing goods are in perfect condition. Please return goods within 7 days in the original delivery packaging.

In the case of "damaged in transit" items, we will refund the cost of returning them subject to our carrier having inspected the goods and the packaging in accordance with the terms of their insurance. Your statutory rights are not affected.
